Yes. Evnzo is built to handle both formats. For B2B exhibitions, the platform emphasises lead capture, exhibitor ROI tracking, and meeting scheduling. For B2C events, the focus shifts to high-volume visitor management, QR check-in speed, and real-time footfall analytics.
No special hardware is needed. Exhibitors simply open the Evnzo app on any smartphone and scan the visitor's QR badge. The visitor's full verified profile (name, company, designation, contact) is instantly saved to the exhibitor's lead dashboard.
Yes — on the Growth and Enterprise plans, you can manage multiple events from a single Evnzo account. Each event has its own dashboard, floor plan, and analytics. Enterprise clients also get cross-event reporting and team access controls.
We provide printed QR badge options for visitors who register without a smartphone. Organizers can also set up entry kiosks using a tablet where QR codes can be scanned or visitors can be looked up by name or ID.
All visitor data is stored on Indian servers in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Visitors can request data deletion after an event. Evnzo never shares visitor data with third parties.
Payment processing for booth bookings and visitor registrations is currently in development and will be available in Q3 2026. In the meantime, our team assists with offline payment coordination and invoicing for all paid plans.
